Nutrition is a necessary component to any long term training program. This 6 month coaching plan is designed for amateur and professional athletes who train and compete all year long. This package includes:​​

Exercise during pregnancy is beneficial for both mom and baby. This trimester based plan caters to the mom who wants to stay active during the most important time of her life. ​​
